Nord Pulp Company deals with the production and sales of ready-to-use peat and soils and fertilizers under the well-known brands Terra Vita, Terra Nova, Garden of Magic, Ideal, New Ideal, Rainbow and Titan. The above-mentioned brands are characterized by a high level of consumer loyalty and received a number of Russian and international awards.
The company production has highly-technological equipment at its disposal, which allows for the production of a wide assortment of goods for gardening and floriculture of high quality and appealing exterior. Produced soils and fertilizers have already proven their efficiency in a number of tests, including laboratory tests as well by its usage in the private farming and floriculture households.
The plant is using peat of its own production, with its production fields being located in the ecologically clean zone in Leningradskaya Oblast.
LLC “Nord Pulp” uses the peat from the Kaushtinskoe production field, its total size being 998 hectares. This production field is a registered field, where the full range of preparatory work is being carried out on an official basis. Peat is being extracted by milling - the most common method, the safest to the environment, the most sensitive to weather conditions change and yet the most costly.
Milling as a method has been developed by soviet specialists in the peat research institute and has been applied by the industry from 1930. In comparison to the excavation method, milling is a method used in layers, starting from the surface and the peat well is being developed in layers in short cycles.
The company’s products are successfully sold in federal chain stores of DIY and FOOD format, big and small retail companies all across Russia and the CIS region.
